We only do resistance training because it’s the single best form of exercise you can engage in for total body health. We are informed by the scientific literature to make sure your sessions are both incredibly safe and incredibly productive.
EXPERIENCED, EDUCATED INSTRUCTORS
Our staff are not hobbyists or people who just love to train. They’re professionals, holding at least a 4 year degree related to exercise in addition to multiple advanced certifications. You’re a professional, so why shouldn’t your instructor be as well?
Our workouts average 22 minutes of training time, no more than twice per week. We’ve concentrated the most effective part of training so you waste no time to get the best results possible!
