    Our 8-week starting program gives you a total body workout, allows our exercise physiologists to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and creates the fastest strength increases possible.

  • Personalize Your Workout

    Based on your progress we modify the program to continue gaining strength while addressing your specific goals.

  • Coach and Support

    The evidence is clear: supervision is the number one variable for making long-term progress, Every set, every rep, is supervised by your Smart Strength coach.

  • Evaluate Your Progress

    Every 8 to 16 weeks, we assess both quantitative and qualitative improvements you’ve made through your training.

  • Revisit and Refine Your Goals

    Like where you’re going? We’ll stick to it! Have a new goal? Here’s where we make tweaks and changes. From there we start the process all over again!
